Helicopter Services
 Incorporated and under the same ownership since 1989, Sierra Nevada Helicopters is capable of providing many types of specialized services, including charter, aerial survey and remote operations anywhere in the continental United States. As a Federal Aviation Administration-certified air carrier, Sierra Nevada maintains its fleet in accordance with the FAA’s stringent standards. In fact, the only complaint we hear is that, no matter which tour customers decide upon, the adventure always ends too soon.
Pilots
Sierra Nevada’s pilots are all experienced helicopter professionals with thousands of hours of flight time. Each pilot receives annual training from the helicopters’ manufacturer to ensure that the highest level of safety is maintained.
Aerial Photography
Much of Sierra Nevada Helicopters’ work includes all forms of aerial photography. With a Screen Actors Guild pilot on staff, let Sierra Nevada Helicopters’ expertise in aerial production enhance your next project, whether it be feature films, documentaries, television, video or still photography. The A-STAR has become the platform of choice for gyro-stabilized ball-mount shooting among aerial cinematographers, news organizations and videographers alike.
